6:00 - 6:15 1st and 2nd grade
6:15 - 6:30 3rd grade boys

COSTUMES

Children’s costumes for grades 1st , 2nd , 3rd , 4th and 5th boys will be ready for pick-up on Thursday, January 31 during the children’s rehearsal. Helen Starman will be at Tappan from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. and you should plan to get your child(ren)’s costumes then.

For children who are wearing a full sweat suit (1st, 2nd, 3rd girls and 4th) the cost for your costume will be $15; for boys who are getting sweat pants only (3rd and 5th) the cost is $9 – all checks should be made payable to the Burns Park Players.

Please make every effort to pick up the costumes on Thursday Jan. 31, as the children will need them for the dress rehearsal on Monday; if you are not able to be there on Thursday please contact Helen at 994-8553 or hstarman@comcast.net to make alternate arrangements.

Costume components that you are responsible for providing include for 1st, 2nd, 3rd girls and 4th grades – white shoes with white socks or black shoes with black socks (no shoes with designs or obvious stripes) and for 3rd and 5th grade boys, black or brown shoes with long (knee) white socks.

5th grade girls should be pretty set, but Helen Starman is happy to look at costumes again on Thursday Jan. 31 and may have a few aprons that girls could borrow.

Parents of 3rd grade boys your shirts need to be stuffed and returned to Margaret Punch by Friday, February 1.
CHILD CARE
- Child Care Parent Volunteer Schedule (30 Jan. 2008)
- We need a completed childcare form and check for EVERY CHILD IN THE SHOW as soon as possible (the deadline was Jan. 18, 2008). This includes signing up for a childcare shift. Please see the linked forms for more details. Any questions? Contact Anne at AGilbert@Surovell.com.
- A few reminders: Please send a shoebox with your child – it will be used for a craft project. No electronic devices (iPods, Game Boys, etc.) Cell phones are OK, but only for emergency use.
- If you are able, please send in an additional $5 for new games
